Vice Foreign Minister Conveys Saudi Leadership's Condolences to Iranian President on Passing of Former Supreme Leader

Tehran, July 04, 2026, SPA -- Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji conveyed the condolences and sympathy of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian on the passing of former Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Khamenei.

Elkhereiji conveyed the condolences while attending the funeral ceremony held on Friday in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
