Riyadh, February 12, 2026, SPA -- The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) is supporting the operation of the World Defense Show Airport in Malham, north of Riyadh, by deploying a range of advanced technologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of visitor entry procedures. The exhibition runs February 8 to 12.

SDAIA’s efforts included implementing an integrated operational plan for the airport to provide technical solutions for the General Directorate of Passports,supplying the necessary operational components for travel and border-control systems, and activating SDAIA’s networks and systems within the airport by installing and configuring network devices and workstations. In addition, around-the-clock technical support and digital solutions were provided for SDAIA’s systems.

These efforts form part of SDAIA’s ongoing endeavors to strengthen national capabilities in the field of data and foresight capacities, support them through innovation in artificial-intelligence (AI) technologies, and harness them to serve government sectors, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, reinforcing inter-agency integration, and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
