Riyadh, May 12, 2026, SPA -- The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of the May 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated was set at SAR2.418 billion.
According to an NDMC statement, the issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche amounted to SAR348 million, maturing in 2031. The second tranche amounted to SAR35 million, maturing in 2033. The third tranche amounted to SAR1.010 billion, maturing in 2036. The fourth tranche amounted to SAR1.015 billion, maturing in 2039. The fifth tranche amounted to SAR10 million, maturing in 2041. Figures were rounded to the nearest decimal point.
