Riyadh, January 27, 2026, SPA -- In implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, conjoined twins Olivia and Gianna arrived at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh with their family from the Philippines.

The twins were immediately transferred to King Abdullah Specialist Children's Hospital of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs for evaluation and consideration of possible separation surgery.

The family of the Filipino twins expressed their sincere gratitude to the Saudi leadership for the warm reception, care, and attention they received upon their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
