Level 3 accreditation reflects airports' success in integrating customer experience principles into their strategies and operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovative practices.
This achievement extends Cluster2 Airports' record of international success, having obtained 39 international accreditations during the current year, including the Level 1 Accessibility Accreditation, alongside three "Best Airports in the Middle East" awards.
