Jeddah, March 27, 2026, SPA -- Football fans across Asia are gearing up as the AFC Champions League Elite Finals Jeddah 2026 promises a spectacular Football edition following yesterday’s Knockout Stage draw at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. The finals, staged in a centralized format from April 16 to 25, will feature intense quarterfinal clashes between clubs of the East Zone and West Zone, with all seven knockout matches decided in single-leg showdowns. The Knockout Stage will be preceded by the West Zone’s Round of 16, which will take place in Jeddah on April 13 and 14, also as a single-leg affair. The winner of Saudi Al Hilal SFC and Qatar’s Al Sadd SC Round of 16 tie will meet Japan’s Vissel Kobe in the quarterfinal, with Al Hilal topping the West Zone League Stage, Al Sadd finishing eighth, and Vissel Kobe claiming second in the East. The continent’s premier men’s club title will be decided on April 25, when the highly anticipated final takes center stage at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, with Asia’s elite clubs vying for glory and a record prize of at least $12 million.
