Riyadh, February 17, 2026, SPA -- Riyadh Region Municipality announced the working hours of “Madinty” Offices in Riyadh during the holy month of Ramadan, ensuring efficient service delivery for residents and visitors.

The offices will operate from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in line with the holy month, facilitating smooth reception of visitors and completion of their requests within clear and specific hours.

Madinty Offices are distributed across the five municipal sectors of the capital to cover various neighborhoods. They serve as direct service points for residents, providing municipal services including customer service, request submission, follow-up on reports, and implementation of community engagement activities, thereby enhancing direct interaction with residents and bringing services closer to their homes.
