The experience begins with light and nourishing starters such as the crisp Iftar Salad with Turkish fig and feta, classic Hummus or the signature Avocado Hummus with pico de gallo and crispy pita. For mains, bold flavours take centre stage with dishes like Shrimp Kibbeh with mint and yogurt sauce, Cajun Kebabs in beef, chicken or shrimp, and succulent Lamb Chops marinated with wild mint and finished with chimichurri.
