Makkah, May 28, 2026, SPA -- The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque launched a package of smart solutions to measure visitor satisfaction with services at the Two Holy Mosques, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the visitor experience and raise service quality.

The project includes installing 1,000 NFC-enabled smart signs - 650 at the Grand Mosque and 350 at the Prophet's Mosque - supported by an advanced technical dashboard that collects real-time satisfaction data via interactive points distributed across both mosques.

The initiative represents a qualitative step toward leveraging modern technologies to directly measure visitor satisfaction, support decision-making, and enhance the experience of pilgrims at the Two Holy Mosques.
