Riyadh, February 19, 2026, SPA -- Tuwaiq Academy announced the opening of registration for the Tuwaiqthon, dedicated to building innovative solutions without writing code. The hackathon targets both technical and non-technical participants and will be held at the academy’s headquarters in Riyadh as part of its Ramadan activities from March 6 to 8, with the aim of building and empowering national capabilities in artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.

The hackathon offers real opportunities for individuals from various disciplines, fields, and sectors to participate in a competitive environment that supports national talents and competencies, and to develop innovative projects without writing a single line of code or requiring prior programming experience. The challenge focuses on the following themes: the future of work, education and training, health and quality of life, and digital content creation.

Prizes for winning teams total up to SAR30,000. Registration is available through the academy’s official website at: https://hackathon.tuwaiq.edu.sa.
Tuwaiq Academy is the first academy of its kind in advanced technologies in the Kingdom, offering professional bootcamps and programs in partnership with leading global entities, most notably Apple, Meta, and NVIDIA, in addition to organizing numerous technical competitions and activities dedicated to building national capabilities.
