HRH the Crown Prince Congratulates President of Latvia on Independence Day

Riyadh, November 18, 2025, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Edgars Rinkēvičs of the Republic of Latvia on his country's Independence Day.
