Exclusively available on February 14^th and 15^th, Zuma’s Valentine’s Tasting Menu offers a feast of curated flavours, perfect for sharing. The evening begins with starters including Langoustine Wrapped in Kataifi with chilli broth and the decadent Chu Toro Tartar with Oscietra Caviar, served alongside a delicate miso bun. For the main event, guests can choose between the iconic Miso Marinated Black Cod wrapped in hoba leaf or the hearty Spicy Beef Tenderloin glazed with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy.

A night of romance wouldn’t be complete without a dessert and Zuma’s Valentine’s platter is the ideal sweet ending. Featuring two specially crafted creations, the Pistachio and Cherry Blossom and Amaou Strawberry and Mascarpone, each a creation designed to delight, both of which will also be available to enjoy à la carte.
