The tournament in Kuwait will award one place in the men’s draw
and one in the women’s draw for the final stage, to be held in Qatar
from 2 to 7 November._
Following the qualifiers played in the Americas and the European qualifiers scheduled from 22 to 26 September, the line-up of countries taking part in the World Cup team competition will be completed._
The road to the FIP World Cup 2026 will come to an end in Kuwait. After the challenges in the Americas and the European qualifiers which get under way today 22 September in Madrid, Kuwait will host the final stage of the ‘road to Doha’. The matches will be played at the “Padel In Club”.
From 26 to 30 October, the national teams from Asia and Africa will compete for the two remaining spots - one men’s and one women’s - in the final stage of the FIP World Cup team competition, scheduled to take place in Qatar from 2 to 7 November.
The Kuwait stage, organized in collaboration with BNK, follows the qualifying tournaments held in August in Toronto (North and Central America) and Asuncion (South America), and completes the run-up that will see the European national teams in action in Madrid until 26 September.
THE FORMAT Thirty-two national teams will take part in the FIP World Cup 2026, 16 men’s and 16 women’s. Ten places were allocated based on the results of the FIP World Padel Championship 2024 - the top nine finishers plus Qatar as the host country - joined by the national teams promoted from the American Qualifiers: United States (men’s and women’s), Mexico (men’s), Paraguay (men’s and women’s) and Chile (women’s).
