Doha, October 20, 2026, SPA -- Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Battal is heading the ministry’s delegation to Milipol Qatar 2026, the global event on homeland security and safety.
The conference is being held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) from October 20–22.
Held under the theme “The Future of Alliances,” Milipol Qatar 2026 addresses the future of multilateral cooperation and security, and the central role of diplomacy, dialogue and mediation in strengthening regional and global security.
The event also explores ways to strengthen international cooperation to tackle security challenges and exchange expertise.
Al-Battal toured the accompanying exhibition, which showcases the latest equipment, technologies, services and innovative systems in homeland security and civil defense.
He reviewed the latest artificial intelligence-powered security and safety technologies.
