Riyadh, August 21, 2026, SPA -- The National Greening Program and the National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan) have announced the launch of the first portfolio on the Ehsan platform for Arabian Cement Company to support vegetation development projects through nonprofit organizations and contribute to the objectives of the Saudi Green Initiative.
CEO of the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification (NCVC) Eng. Ahmed Al-Ayadah said the NCVC is working with Ehsan and donors to expand donation portfolios dedicated to vegetation development.
The NCVC previously signed a memorandum of understanding with Ehsan to identify sites and technical standards for afforestation projects and launch trusted and sustainable environmental initiatives.
